As far as I know, Jello was not at that show (by the way Doyle didn't KILL the guy) but I think Jerry was referring to the fact that a lot of so-called friends for whom he used to graciously supply a place to stay and food to eat have seemingly turned on him in the last few years. > Subject: Mephisto Waltz > From: Scott R Tiemeyer > I'm sure this question was asked in the past, and I wan't here, but I > need to ask it, cuz it's bugging me. How come the lyrics to mephisto > waltz were never published?? they are not in the box, or collection II. > whats up with that? does anyone know the lyrics.?? talk to me here. Since Mephisto Waltz was never recorded by The Misfits, Jerry did not have lyrics to supply Caroline with for the box set. Mephisto Waltz was written by Glenn and recorded by Samhain, but included on Misfits releases because it was originally meant to be a Misfits tune. The lyrics (as figured out by me) are included on the page. > From: Gabriel Palczewski > Subject: Re: misfits bible post > > > not that i should even bother......... > > when the suit was initiated all members of the band were invited to join. > > Most did. This was a legal battle that spanned years and involved huge legal > > fees, hours and hours of reseach and work and great heartache. Since he makes his own guitars out of graphite, i have a feeling the truss rod he is using (the steel rod down the middle of most necks on guitars) is not strong enough to support heaver gauge strings. For all I know, his guitars might not even have truss rods. Either that, or the heavier strings might be tougher to bend, though he seems buff enough to be able to bend anything :). Then again, I might have no idea what I'm talking about. He should use the Dick Dale string set. Most people dont start bands and hope to be struggling artists living on food stamps the rest of their lives. Guys start bands to get chicks and make money. It beats fucking working at a desk all day, reading about it in the Misfits bible. If bands want to cash in on their name, its their fucking right. The Sex Pistols deserve every dime they get. So do the Misfits. Fuck, I probably make more in year than Jerry has from the Misfits in his life. I'd still rather pound a bass and rock and roll rather than doing what I do. Who cares what Jerrys reasons are for doing this. If you like the music and enjoy the show, thats all that matters. If you dont, dont go. I've seen the Misfits three times this summer, spending at total of $45 on tickets. Its been the best $45 i spent in a long ass time. Playing in a band is a job. You do it to feed yourself and your family. Where I work, I dont ask them to pay me as little as possible so I can keep my "artistic" purity. The Misfits arn't some fucking music businessmen they're a legacy. Look at what they did int heir first 6 years and all the wondering and yes a bit of mystery about them in their low time due to lack of releases and hard to find songs. They wern't just a band they started a new aspect of punk rock in general and how can Jerry and Doyle go around, especially Jerry since he seems to be head honcho here and claim a copyright on the entire Misfits legacy? Glenn never did that. Oh you can say he made all the money, which he did but he never fucking had (tm) on the fucking Misfits name, he never acted like it was his band, he forgot about the band and moved on, it was HIS band that HE brokeup and now his ex-bandmates want to go reform it without him. Why don't they fucking move on? Why does it have to be The Misfits (tm) with Jerry and Doyle on the shirts and posters? Why can't it be Kryst The Conqueor doing their new songs "Mars Attacks" and "The Haunting"? Why can't they do what every other fucking member of the Misfits did, and that was move on? Bobby has The Undead, ROBO did some other projects as did all the band members. Not all were musical or successful but hey, they let it go and if they want to carry on their days in The Misfits by covering the songs then they should. If Metallica and Guns n Roses is covering Misfits songs, I don't see why its sin for Bobby Steele an ex-member of The Misfits to go around and play some songs at his live set, songs which he has been doing for some time like "Bullet" or "Attitude"? There was 12 years where there were no Misfits in any form, Bobby kept the legacy going as best he could while still doing new things with The Undead. This shit about a majority of Bobby's songs being Misfits songs is crap. Live Slayer boasts all of 1 and his other albums I think boast 2 total. Wow some big majority there. Bobby has rights to those songs, Jerry should share them. He fought and got the right to be The Misfits (tm) legally but that doesn't mean he should and he alone do Misfits songs. Jerry didn't write the songs, Bobby didn't write the songs, Doyle didn't, Robo didn't, Googy didn't, none of them did. Glenn did and if Jerry can play Glenn's songs then so can Bobby and Googy and all the rest. Fuck that legal shit, if Jerry had balls he would still be called Kryst The Conqueor and his band would be doing Kryst songs and covering Misfits tunes and like The Undead, move on while still keeping The Misfits legacy alive. He could prove he doesn't need the Misfits name to make it, he could show everyone a big "Fuck you!" especially Glenn Danzig if whom he seems to hate, that he doesn't need Glenn's Misfits, he can be just as good with Jerry's Kryst The Conqueor. Its Glenn's Misfits and always will be in my mind. Legal or not, Glenn started it and should still hold the right to finish it. Not Bobby Steele, Not Jerry Only. Bobby knows this and moved on, its a shame Jerry Only can't. ------------------------------ From: vandal@aloha.net Date: Wed, 21 Aug 1996 09:08:47 -1000 (HST) Subject: Re: Misfits Bible #220 At 12:43 PM 8/21/96 -0400, you wrote: >From: R Hinojos >Subject: out in the west texas town of el paso > > stupid siting. in El Paso, i saw a guy wearing a Samhain shirt shopping at >Walmart. now *that's* punk. =) What's wrong with someone wearing a Samhain shirt shopping at Walmart? Yes, I understand the apparent contradiction between his purported "punk values" and his patronage of a giant chain store like Walmart. First of all, how do you know he was passing himself off as "punk"? Just because he was wearing a Samhain shirt? Samhain isn't the "punkiest" band in the first place, and I happen to know a wide variety of people from MANY DIFFERENT musical backgrounds who are fans of the Misfits and Samhain. Perhaps I am overreacting to your comment (and forgive me if I am), but I am getting tired of this whole issue of punk values. I listen to alot of punk music, and yet do not consider myself "punk". Should I kill my parents, burn down my home, throw bricks at the police; would that make me "punk"? PUNK HAS BECOME A CONFORMITY OF NON-CONFORMISTS (yes, there is such a thing). It's more "punk" to reject the whole scene than it is to embrace its dated cliches. I realize that punk is about thinking for yourself and being your own person, but let's face it, people have been doing that for thousands of years (and had more success at it than most punks I know); personal freedom is not something exclusive to punk rock. I think the Sex Pistols' million dollar "Filthy Lucre" tour this summer is the perfect eulogy for the entire "punk" scene. IT IS OVER. Like I said, I may be overreacting to your simple comment. If so, I old ya a cold one. Forgive me, my sense of humour circuits are currently frazzled. Sorry for the speech, folks, I'm breaking down my soapbox for firewood. So Ill get a couple of things off of my chest and then I wont bother anymore untill someone posts something with a bit of intelligence. Ok. First of all I want to talk about Rollins. Personally, I like his music, especialy the older stuff, and his spoken word shit is cool too. A lot of people say he is too serious and is no fun but I say if you had lived through some of the shit he has been through you would be a bit angry too. I dont care if people think he sold out. As far as Im concerned he didn't. So he can eat now big fuckin deal. ANd if it makes me unpunk or whaterver and people think Im a loser for liking him then that suits me just fine. As far as Im concerned I dont want to be liked by the likes of you. Fuck you. I hope it bothers you. Now about this whole punker that fuck thing. Hey, guess what, I like Greenday. Ha. Fuck you. I also like DK and the Ramones and Sloppy seconds and the Beatles and lots of shit and if that doesn't make me a punk then Im proud to say Im not a punk. I dont want to be like you cocks anyways. Fuck you. Hmmm. Let's talk about Bobby Steele. Personaly I have not me the guy but I have had Email converstations with him. He seems cool and raised a lot of good points. I hope he gets his money. He deserves it, however I dont think Its Jerrys fault that he didnt get paid. The real target of his and OUR agression should be CAROLINE RECORDS. I say we bombard those fuckers with EMAIL and tell them to pay everyone and not just Glenn. THINK about this for a sec OK. I met jerry at the three shows I attended and he seemed like a really nice guy. You can read previous posts about the show I say and My experience of checking out the rehearsals and shit and how cool he was about it but think about this. I spoke (on Email) of it with Bobby. Jerry says he doesn't like Rollins anymore because when Robo went to Rollins trying to get help to get some money from Ginn. Rollins told him to get a lawyer. Replace the words Robo with Bobby and Rollins with Jerry and you have the same thing. HOWEVER, I dont think it is Jerry's responsibility to pay Bobby, but I think they should all get together and GET WHAT THEY DESERVE from CAROLINE or whatever. Dont get me wrong though, I dont know the personal history between Jerry and Bobby and they seem to hate each other. I wouldn't go out of my way for someone I hate either so who knows. ANd as for the Misfits being in it for the cash. I doubt it. They probably make more money making knives. I know jerry was having a blast at the shows I saw. And Michale rules. Im glad he posted. I only talked to him for a few seconds outside the Sub Zero in Danbury but he let me take a pic with him and was cool. I dont think many people recognized him. I watched him rehearse Theme for a Jackal in Boston and he was amazing. Really cool voice and he changed the style a bit and it still kicked ass. He has me and all my friends suppourt. So what if he gets pissed off at people on occasion. He's younger that most of us for fucks sake. If you dont like him dont go. We dont want assholes at the shows that are not going to have a good time anyway. Personaly I think his voice is cooler that Glenns was at the time. Ive heard the way glenn used to sing on the live boots and Michale is better. Just wait a couple of years and you will all be eating your words. Well, I gotta go. I got suspended from university until may so once I get my place in mid October Ill set up my home email adress then and post from there. Later Roger Holmes P.S Feel free to send some grease in my direction you dumb mother fuckers. I like to take abuse from people like you. I just think it's EXTREMELY funny that while they are screaming "Bobby Steele's an asshole, etc." on that Xmas '81 LP, that Doyle misses EVERY fuckin' note of the solo! I laughed my ass off for days the first time I heard this. Not because of what they said about Bobby, I always loved Bobby to death, but because they ruined the fuckin' song, and half of that set, all the while talking about how "...and the Undead suck!..." Gee, talk about an oxymoron! This is why I will take Live! '79-The Perfect Crime anyday over Evilive or any live stuff with Doyle from that era. I do have a question, has Doyle improved his live playing? The recorded stuff (most of which was Glenn anyway) was okay, but live there was a void when Bobby left. I believe Bobby said it best himself in Bible #220: >>>It's called petty jealousy, and juvenile stupidity. Okay to wrap this up, (finally, eh?) does anyone know where I can get the cassette bootleg Dead Milkmen "live in New Orleans 1994"? Nancy didnt follow for a couple of months, the first part he was in the hospital with hepatitis. I called him. he ws very nice. Roberta Bayley called him, and talked for HOURS. she would bring him comic books and stuff. He was really just a nice innocent kid who was caught up in his whole public image. Really, just like before Nancy/heroin came along, he was a regular guy, but he finally got laid right for the first time in his life and thought it was true love(meaning, got hugs and kisses in addition to getting his dick wet). Poor schmuck. After he got out of the hospital, he did a bunch of gigs at Maxs with different "scene" people at the time. He hung out. Jerry was a gadfly, he ingratiated himself with Sid (not hard to do). I dont know why Sid would have told Jerry he wanted the Misfits to be his backup band, he had the best musicians in NY playing for him at the time (Cheetah Chrome, Jerry Nolan etc etc etc.) Real musicians. More importantly people with a lot more influence than Jerry. I cant imagin what Sid and Jerry had to talk about either, Sid was a jerk when he was stoned and almost catatonic when he was straight. Nancy was around by then too, so I cant imagine under what circumstances Jerry could have had these intense discussions with Sid. Before Nancy was killed and after Sid got to playing at Max's he was pretty much a mess. All I know is, when Sid first came to NY nobody wanted anything to do with him, after Nancy got back from England, and lined up those gigs for him, he started being a somebody again. She did try to help him get a career. Her instincts were good, (having him do cover songs like "Come on everybody " and "something else" with a really professional well known allstar type back up band)a nd his werent bad either, but their relationship with each other and their addiction got all their attention. I think Sid just promised that to Jerry because it seemed like the thing to say at the time. Bobby on the other hand, had been around longer than Jerry and was in fact VERY friendly with Sid and actually was the person Sid invited to his "get out of jail free" party. Jerry and Glenn ended up going and not telling Bobby they were going, and Jerry pretty much just bird-dogged his way in there...they raced out to Rikers with Joe Stevens (he was a british photographer who was going out with a friend of ours) and picked him and Ann (sids mom) up, and took him over to Michele's (sids new gal--a friend of Bobbys!)without collecting Bobby. Kind of rude, but they ended up doing Bobby a favor by not making him an accessory to an unattended death (that is a crime, btw) after Jerry was very solicitous to Mother Vicious, and drove her around and did whatever for her. She was this helpless hippie lady. When they went to England Jerry looked her up and hung out with her (yeech) . If you want, you should check with Bobby on this story. Its a good one. (the Sid back up band thing). I dont care much for Bobbys guitar style, but he's turned out to be a very bright man with a great memory for detail and names. He's a good storyteller too and lots of fun to hang out with. He has a right to be all pissed off about this. He's hung in doing music for the past 15 yrs. not to take anything awaY from Jerry, I love the guy, he never did me any wrong, but he reaLly needs to keep his stories straight. later, p ------------------------------ From: JHH5109@acs.tamu.edu Date: Thu, 22 Aug 1996 11:09:23 -0500 (CDT) Subject: Return of the DJ Hoi, A couple of things... The lineup was as follows....B.A. - Vocals, Dr. Roadkill - Guitars, Shazam Bo Ba Jam - Bass, and Steve Sloppy - Drums. The really large guy on the cover is Dr. Roadkill. B.A. and Bo'Ba are also kinda big guys, too. After some touring, the Sloppies released THE FIRST SEVEN INCHES...AND THEN SOME. It was a collection on early seven inches and different versions of songs on DESTROYED. More touring. Then, the band released KNOCK YOUR BLOCK OFF. Oh yeah, THE FIRST SEVEN INCHES... and KNOCK YOUR BLOCK OFF were released by TAANG! records. TAANG! also released the Sloppy Seconds LONELY CHRISTAS EP and released a couple of seven inches. Then, the Sloppies were going to go tour Europe. Dr. Roadkill wanted to take his wife, but the rest of the band said it was a business trip, not a vacation. Heated words were exchanged, and Dr. Roadkill was out of the band (I don't know all the politics of it and don't care). Enter Ace HardWhere?, the new guitarist. Anyways I just got back from the show in portland so I thought I'd tell you how it went. I missed CC and LOA and caught the last three songs of Anthrax ( one of the only metal bands that I like). They ended with bring the noise which I guess they've been ending with most of the tour. Lots o'rockers there. It was wierd there a balcony at the club and that was hair city but the downstairs was short hair punks and such. The misfits came on with Halloween. Micheal was wearing the skull facepaint and a black and white striped shirt....He looked like something out of Clockwork Orange..good look. They blasted through a bunch of songs and played two or threee newe ones. It was great at the end of the show they kept having people come up and sing (both members of other bands and audience members) They were just havinga party/jam session up there and we were all invited. I think Michale (I forgot how he spelt his name :( ) is a great singer. Anyway after the show came the intersting part. Most of the audience had either gone home or were hanging out by the busses. about 20 people (myself included) were standing in front of the club. Three cop cars came and told everyone to leave or they would get hosed...something about street cleaning. A huge street cleaning truck showed up with the hose poiter at head level and just blasted us with water. I turned to walk away and the guy in the truck aimed it at me and hit me again. I was completly drenched from head to foot along witha bunch of other people who didnt run from it. There was no violence no sign that trouble wasaa brewing just cops being assholes. Very strange. I have been to many many shows in Portland and nevr seen anything like this happen before. Also I saw john bush after the show signning autographs and he helped outa homeless person with a couple bucks which I though was a pretty nice thing to do. All in all expcept for my premature shower it was one of the best shows I have seen. Michale if you ever decide to get rid of that black and white stripped shirt you were wearing I would love to have it :) I think Bobby Steele is cool and incredibly nice....the fact that he contributes to the bible regularly and will e-mail you back if you ask a question is pretty cool. Who the hell are we to judge anyone anyways? (p.s. Bobby if the undead/times square ever do a show in portland or seattle tell me and I will cover the city limits with fliers!) So are you still wearing your Gris Gris (pronounced Gree Gree)bag around your neck? Which is how it works for men. Next, Justin - you need to get off this topic of hate you have been sticking to lately. No one wants to hear it anymore. Plus give it up, no one made you this way, ie the bible members. You started off your first post spewing hate. Since you so desire attention i think you can get it in a better way then a bunch of pissed off fiends yelling at you all the time. Shit you pissed Mark off and that is pretty bad. So please try and post more in a fiend/Misfits topic for now on. After that, The legal thing, rights to songs that everyone is going on about. Actually from what i was told about the legal deal with Glenn and Jerry is that Jerry gets the name, can play the song but can't rerecord them with the new band, the matter of money from the past - it is doled out in percentages. Each member of the Misfits gets a certain percentage of the royalties, which i don't think this is the place to say what they are since it would turn out to be an all out war among the fiends. Also Ian and Cara the thing between Glenn and Jerry was settled out of court. I figure both parties did not want to pay all the attornies fees and such. To that fiend that things Glenn is rolling in the money, your a bit off, he doled out money to Jerry that was owed, also he is being sued by American records which is why Danzig 5, which has been finished for a while is still not out. I know most of the bible members know the new label he's gone to. Also you have to remember that Glenn probably has more rights over the lyrics and music, since he did copyright it all. Non Misfits - to any lawyers or lawyers to be who know the full process of copy righting please post or write me about it. well as usual its been real, i have to say i'm happy to see the bible going back to some form of what i love about it. later to all the fiendies, as i slowly pass out on my keyboard. have a nice weekend all. Check it out......5 bucks a TAPE (not show). As far as trading goes, I'm not much of a punk fan, so you probably don't have too much that would interest me (unless you've got Black Flag shit). Justin, by using the term "wiggers" you dug yourself in the hole some more....not that most people on this list haven't used the term before, most just won't admit it. I'd really just drop it. I mean, I've found that there are two types of people. Those who are offended by Archie Bunker, and those who think he's the funniest character on TV. Don't let these hyper-sensitive types get to you. Hey Harold, listen, read some arguments on the other side of the coin, and maybe actually read what Bobby had to say, this way, you can understand that Bobby fully understands he's NOT in the Misfits..... Bible boy---at the next Idiot Police show we're going to cover "The Antichrist" by Slayer, and I'm going to burn a Bible during it. AND, I'll dedicate it all to you. Would you like a copy on video? Misfits at Mississippi Nights this Tuesday? Whoa! I'm gonna see if my dad won't be so tight-assed this time around! People, all of the stuff about how the current band isn't the real Misfits is getting old. Look, it's really pretty simple. This band is not the Misfits. The Misfits were Glenn Danzig, Jerry Only, and various guitarists/drummers. These guys are the New Misfits. I really don't appreciate the idea of these new songs being put into the same catagory as the songs we've all known and loved for years. This band is a Misfits cover band, but I don't have anything against them. In my mind, and the minds of most Misfits fans, they will be remembered seperatly, as are Samhain & Undead. This band, these Misfits, are not THE Misfits, but that doesn't mean I'm going to carry a grudge against them. They're a band using some other band's name, but, assuming I can see them this time, they're the closet thing to the Misfits I'll ever get to see (until the Undead rolls through St. Louis). I do not apologize for the events that took place at the The Capitol Ballroom in D.C. or anywhere else in regards to my supposed violent nature. Although I do not condone unnecessary violence, I was under the impression that we were playing punk rock shows. I did not realize we were romping through the magic garden. I would like to thank all the grandma's and grandpa's out there for letting me know that I should be playing nice with all the other boys and girls. When Mark started this bible, it was him and a handful of fans dedicated to the Misfits and their music. It has since degenerated into an ongoing free for all fight as to whats right and wrong. The Misfits have and always will do what they see as right for the band and it's fans. So the opinions of those who do not agree are just that--opinions---and have no bearing whatsoever to the band or it's true fans. Find something better to do with your time and somewhere else to direct your aggressions. Sounds to me like some of you must have problems at home and should find some kind of therapuetic hobbies. The fact that some of you feel the need to constantly and so vehemently vocalize publically about people and personal issues of whom you've never met and know nothing about, amazes and amuses me and the rest of the band. So many posts on this bible contain so much innacurate information it boggles the mind---on everything from our hair to our personal finances! I think we all need to remember what the Misfits are about -- and that is music. so if you like the Misfits cool--if you don't like the Misfits that's fine too. So I think everybody should come to the action park show and bungee jump naked. you'll feel alot better. love Michale Graves mark -- i'll bring the postcards to the show--it's easier----rachel mark--i'm still looking for the get away car---michale ------------------------------ From: Krusty704@aol.com Date: Sun, 25 Aug 1996 11:50:25 -0400 Subject: dead milkmen tipitinas hey fiendies, i'm looking for a couple items. Subject: Writing songs the hard way... Hello fiends... look out cause i got a new activity to play in. This is for everyone to do, if you have a band or have never written a song in your life. I have seen that some of you come up with funny little songs from time to time that have to do with the bible and the Misfits. Well now i got a topic and a twist for you. This is the deal, When the original Misfits were on tour in England with the Damned, or it was when they were with the Clash, Glenn was arrested and tossed into jail. Well 15 years later in DC. new lead singer Michale gets arrested and tossed in jail too. Glenn when was in jail and it is said that this experience was the inspiration for the song London Dungeon. Well if Michale was inspired while he was locked up there should be a song. Now its your turn, you don't have to serve jail time, but you get a shot at writing that song. Best two songs get copies (now way in hell that you get my originals) of some of my rarest Misfits flyers, ***PLUS THIS IS TO MICHALE, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP JUDGE THIS ONE LET ME KNOW, AND I'LL SEND YOU THE SONGS TO LOOK OVER AND PICK THE BEST TWO.*** Also, Mark if you would like to come and play to you are welcome to do so. How long do you have, i'll be nice 2 weeks from this Mondays issue, 10pm and it will be posted in the issue after that. So lets see what your made of, cause i know there are a lot of you in bands and a lot of you like to sing. e-mail songs to (tes777@bridge.net). Good luck to all. Next, Otto, damn i feel bad for you, wisdom teeth right, so far i've been lucky and have not had to deal with that, but all my friends spent the week sucking food through straws. Also November Coming Fire is on CD, its been for a couple of years. On to, the guitar thing and Doyle, some people seem lost on this. If i'm a bit off it could be since there are so many stories to what had happened. 1982, San Francisco, the Elite Club, lots of people were throwing beer cans or bottles (i heard the story with both) at all the bands that night. I've heard that Doyle got hit with one, and i heard that Doyle just got pissed because the beer was being thrown at the Misfits, he took his guitar and hit this kid in the head. the kid did not die, and some say that there is video footage of the show and the incident. I have not seen that footage. Mark, if you know more or different please let us know. To funny, only on the MB can you have a guy flame and offend lot of races, colors and such, turn around and be upset that the fiends are calling him a NAZI. This is to much!!! *JUSTIN NO ONE WANTED TO JUDGE YOU, YOU SET YOURSELF UP WITH WHAT YOU SAID.* PATRICIA, i loved the story and please tell us more of it!!! Chubbs, your right Glenn took a lot of ideas, though copying the type style from Famous Monster of Film land was not his worst, plus i think they took it from an old horror movie. The mag is not as old as the other mags of the time, it was from 1958 and there are other mags i have that are older. the Movie the Undead had the a similar look, and it came out earlier than the Famous Monster mag. So he could have taken it from that for all we know. i figure at least he had good taste in what he took. but with the situation you are talking about, if he copyrighted it then it is his. if the letters are different from the originals than he could get away with it. well its been real as always. In fact, this was after Nancy got killed. My impression of him was that there was no way he could've killed Nancy. It took him two-minutes to lift a half empty Heinekin off the Bar. He was so skinny and weak. It's not easy shoving a knife into someones body. After I joined the MISFITS, I went to see the POLICE at some hotel ballroom in midtown. This English guy that was apparently working with one of the bands came over and asked if I was Bobby Steele. He said he'd heard I was really good on the guitar. When I asked where he heard that - he said Paul Simonon said Sid Vicious told him. >Jerry and Glenn ended up going and not telling Bobby they were going, >, and took him over to Michele's (sids new gal--a friend of Bobbys!)without >collecting Bobby. I think she knew Jerry. I met Michelle on Sid's B'day, after he was killed. She was trying to O.D., but I kept fuckin' up her shot so she wouldn't have enough. That's when we became friends. Everyone thought she killed Sid, and they called her Michelle Murder. I had friends saying "please don't kill Bobby" whenever we left the Mudd Club together. She used to slash her wrists and people would say shit like "don't do that to yourself", "why do you want to kill yourself" and she just kept doing it. I told her "hey that's cool, do it again" and she never did it again. >after Jerry was very solicitous to Mother Vicious, and drove her around >and did whatever for her. The reason I ask is Jerry's got 2. However, that video you're referring to (Eagles Lodge, 9/26/82 Kalamazoo, MI) does not include any of Jerry's kids. That kid is just another kid in the audience. > cuz on this video I got of em' this little kid gets helped on stage by > Doyle, I was just wondering if that was one of the band members > kids....if so lucky kid! > From misfit@slinknet.com > > No testing has overtaken you that is not common to everyone. He's not dead. He did go to the hospital. He doesn't like the Misfits very much any more. I dunno about this "Glenn sueing the Misfits of Ska" thing. So far as I know, Jerry & Co. now have rights to use the name, and they own the trademark to the logo (which would be the important thing here). It would have to be the current Misfits doing any lawsuit. NEIL ------------------------------ From: "Dorin M.
