October 4, 1998 On June 21, 1998, evilive's misfits page was chosen to become Sonic Skateboards next Link of the Month, a feature on their site that usually ran for a few months. On October 1, 1998, Sonic Skateboards called it quits after five years. The completely biased Sonic web site, whose presence on the internet was nearing one year this Halloween, also ceased to exist. In a way to preserve the moment and to say a special 'thanks' to Gavin and Corey O'Brien at Sonic, I've re-created the Link of the Month page from their site. The whole idea of my web site being featured as their link of the month was a real honor for me. Plus I made some new friends along the way... Terry |
